Sleep Science Decoded:
Vitamins, Minerals, and Microbiome Mastery
A live, virtual course designed for the general public and clinicians
This is a 20-hour live, virtual course for clinicians or individuals interested in optimizing their own health or the health of others. We will meet once a week, for five consecutive meetings. There will be audio recordings of each section but attendees are expected to be present for all five (5) sessions unless specifically excused from a session by the instructor. (20 hours of educational credit)
The only prerequisite is a burning desire to learn. If you have a non-existent or rusty biology education, you will be directed to a short, online, self-guided cell biology course that you will complete before the first meeting
