Instructions for downloading the Workbook:

1. The receipt below has a download link; “RightSleep Workbook 3rd Ed.” so you can open the Workbook and view it immediately. BUT on a mobile device every time you open the Workbook it is considered a download and the number of downloads is limited.
2. So please download and save your Workbook to your computer
3. You will also receive an email with a link to download the Workbook.
4. If you would like a printed, bound Workbook ($19.99) and you live in the US, please request one using the contact page and include your address. The printed Workbook is available only to purchasers of the RS Program.
