Sleeping Normally Makes All Futures Possible And Your Potenial Unlimited

Sleep is about healing.

Healing every night means we wake up in a good mood, happy, hopeful, curious, engaged and pain-free. We don’t go to the doctor because there’s no reason to.

Not healing means your life is full of trips to the doctor, small or large health issues and mental anguish.

I want to show you how to fix your sleep, not just for the next few days or months, but for the rest of your life!

RightSleep®is an innovative approach for sleep repair. Using vitamins that are readily available at any pharmacy,  you can improve your sleep disorder, whether it’s insomnia, chronic fatigue or apnea. All it takes is commitment, patience and a willingness to listen to your body.

Vitamins don’t just magically fix your sleep. Sleep puts us into “repair mode”, and the vitamins are the building blocks we use to make those repairs. Once you understand what is wrong with your sleep, and how to improve it, you will be able to live the life that you deserve. Reduce your headaches, improve your anxiety, depression, fatigue, pain and many other chronic illnesses. Go to the Learning section to see how sleep and vitamin D are related to endometriosis, infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome in women, learning delay, autism,  and ADHD in kids.

What Clients Are Saying...

Dear Dr. Gominak,
I first became aware of your work, via the podcast with Dr. Steven Park a couple of years ago. I was specifically interested in sleep apnea,  understanding BiPAP as an alternative “solution” and understanding the processes of sleep in general. After the podcast, I devoured the info on your website (including the videos and slides) and found your empirical observations and insights on Vitamin D3 extremely helpful, as I had just been diagnosed with insufficient vitamin D3 and wanted very much to improve my mental depression and poor sleep (apnea).  What a revelation.
Little did I know that my own experience would verify much of what you had concluded.
As I improved my D3 levels, my world became worth living again. FYI, from my most recent bloood work — D3 level, 62 nl/mg (taking 5000 IU daily for over a year now). Now feelin pretty good and sleep apnea has improved too. Thank you, thank, you, thank you.
Over the last couple of years I have become a D3 research junky and evangelist, which has subsequently led me on a long journey into learning about diet, nutrition and various metabolic processes involved with D3 and other micro-nutrients.  At times it has been a bit daunting, to say the least. However, I am making headway and have discovered and learned sooo very much (always good thing). My goal is simply to improve my overall health.  Each day, get a little better.
Thanks again,
Patient LRJ

After a car accident, I developed a balance disorder, vestibular migraines, daily migraines, double vision, sleep apnea, plms, and teeth clenching during sleep. I have been sleeping 10 to 12 hours every day and still need frequent naps to get through the exhaustion. I have tried everything possible to get more energy to feel rested. I sleep better following your advice and I am noticing that the unbearable fatigue is lifting. I am also beginning to nap less and my depression has gone into remission. My migraines are also reducing. I wish I had found your site earlier.

More Repairs, More Vitamins

While we are in deep sleep we make repairs. Every repair requires vitamins. Every cell in our body uses the B vitamins to make energy. Some B vitamins are used to make proteins or nucleic acids that repair our DNA. Vitamin D goes into the nucleus of the cell and…
