Can RightSleep® Help Me?

RightSleep can help with a multitude of disorders, conditions and situations. This is possible because RightSleep allows you to harness the natural healing power of your sleep. Once you fix your sleep, your body will begin to heal all types of issues.

RightSleep can help with many issues, however, there are 2 circumstances in which it cannot help.

  • If you have Sarcoidosis – larger doses of vitamin D are dangerous in this specific condition.
  • If you work nights – there are two problems: 1) If you are successful with the RightSleep program you will eventually fall asleep on the job. 2) In order for RightSleep to be successful you must have the opportunity to sleep at night.

During my 30 year career as a neurologist, I discovered a critical link between poor sleep and the ailments that thousands of people face every day. Better sleep allowed their ailments to fade and disappear naturally.

The most important thing to remember when going through the RightSleep program is that your optimal results will come from listening to your own body and customizing the program’s guidelines to best support what your body needs. 

Unlike other health programs or vitamin “regimens,” you will not be taking a set amount of vitamins forever. You’ll be correcting vitamin deficiencies that have kept you from optimal sleep. 

Since everyone has different deficiencies, and different ways of responding to vitamins, your body will tell you when it is getting what it needs – by improved sleep and a reduction in your previous symptoms. Your body will also tell you when it no longer needs a certain supplement. Your sleep will worsen or your previous symptoms will return, for example. Paying attention to your body’s responses will be your greatest ally.

What if I’m on a specific diet?

If you are on a specific diet, RightSleep can still work for you because…bringing your normal microbiome back will help that special diet be more effective. Whether it’s weight loss or less belly bloating, bringing back your normal microbiome will produce a better result.

What if I’ve had issues tolerating vitamins in the past?

Even if you’ve had trouble tolerating vitamin D and/or vitamin B in the past…RightSleep is still the right program for you. 

If you have been D/B/microbiome deficient for many years and have had unpleasant sensations such as nausea, palpitations or anxiety when starting vitamins you will need to start at much smaller doses, and move up slowly. Your body has been using ‘’work-around ‘’ solutions to biological processes and it’s not yet able to handle normal doses.

What about MTHFR snp?

An MTHFR snp has to do with the way your genetics might be playing a role in your ability to use certain B vitamins. You might already be aware that B vitamins play a large role in the RightSleep program. 

If you have been told you have an MTHFR snp the RightSleep program can help you because the program encourages healthy gut bacteria to be restored, which will then provide you with the B vitamins in a natural form that your body can use.
